Ongoing Temporary role
Solsbury Training and Development Solutions Limited are delighted to be working with our well client based in Eastleigh. They are a family run HGV repair company who are looking for an ongoing temporary office administrator to join their team to assist with the following duties:
Prior experience within admin in a similar industry is essential to be considered for this role.

Liaising with the workshop managers and fitters on day to day repairs and inspections of HGV’s.
Collecting job cards and supplier invoices from the workshop on completed tasks.
Raising and sending invoices from the job cards/supplier invoices using a dedicated invoicing programme.
Covering customer emails and booking requests for MOT preparation, safety inspection, brake testing and general maintenance.
Obtaining PO numbers from customers/third parties.
Liaison with suppliers.
