Dialling up to 60 calls a day from a database.
Calls will initially be cold and will be your job to fact find to qualify with view of booking an appointment for sales directors to go and sell services - Managed print services.
The ideal candidate will be making a minimum of 60 calls a day, and be targeted to book 1 appointment daily which is very much achievable and would expect OTE to be min £50-55k in first year. – top earners are doing 6 figures!
Full training is provided by a professional sales trainer that mentors furthering learning and development.
Candidates with success and the right drive will have the opportunity to progress into field sales agents, attending appointments and earning a higher commission bracket.
Commission is calculated at 15% of all business acquired from the meetings you book – this is paid a month in the rear of the contract being signed – this is raised to 20% once over £10,000 profit is achieved.
Some face to face will be required as our client does leaflet drops/canvassing locally as well as online marketing.(great opportunity to gain this experience for future account management role)
Anyone with previous business to business experience may already have relationships in place to hit the ground running and should far exceed the OTE
Previous sales experience essential (whether that be door to door/field/ telesales)
Need to be money driven and live local to Romsey (within 30 minutes ideally)
