Working hours are 8.30am – 17.00pm Monday to Friday.
As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for:
- Selling IT services and products
- Achieving realistic KPI’s: 60 calls per day, 1 appointment booked
- Qualifying opportunities and building and maintaining relationships
- Managing prospect call-backs by using CRM and Outlook calendar
- Online marketing of the business and their products
You will also have the opportunity to attend appointments with Directors and participate in canvassing days. Working with your manager, you will have the opportunity to eventually progress into a Business Development role.
