Main duties of role;
- Answer customer and agency enquiries and update subscription databases
- Handle incoming calls and emails, escalating where necessary
- Follow up confirmed sales leads for subscriptions and reports, with the objective of closing the transaction with the customer
- Provide support to the wider marketing/subscriptions team by setting up and testing promotional codes, joining internal project groups, and contributing ideas
- Act upon order requests for publications from customers and colleagues, liaising with the mailing house
- Organise freight shipments and other logistical matters related to the company's attendance of trade shows
- Make sure that advertisers are couriered handbook or magazine copies
- Prepare and update mailing lists for publications
- Format, process and upload new subscriber sources
- Assist the management accountant with scanning correspondence, banking cheques and other general duties
Full training will be provided.
Hourly rate - £8.21 per hour
