For more than 35 years, our client has been providing high-quality business intelligence to the aerospace, defence and security markets, through a combination of magazines, online news services, handbooks and video content.
Our client is particularly well known within the helicopter, unmanned vehicles, sensor systems, maritime security, C4ISR and land warfare markets, and is considered a leading supplier of business intelligence.
They are now requiring a Customer Service Adviser (temp) to join their vibrant Subscriptions Department.
The role requires:
- Excellent knowledge of the English language (both written and spoken)
- Exceptional IT skills including MS Office (especially Excel)
- Strong customer service skills
- Calm and professional attitude whilst working under pressure
- Confident when working to tight deadlines
- Good communication skills
Within this role, you will be required to answer a variety of customer enquiries and update subscription databases.
