For more than 35 years, our client has been providing high-quality business intelligence to the aerospace, defence and security markets, through a combination of magazines, online news services, handbooks and video content.
They are now requiring a Customer Service Adviser (temp) to join their vibrant Subscriptions Department.
The role requires:
- Excellent knowledge of the English language (both written and spoken)
- Exceptional IT skills including MS Office (especially Excel)
- Strong customer service skills
- Calm and professional attitude whilst working under pressure
- Confident when working to tight deadlines
- Good communication skills
