Sous Chef

Solsbury Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of our client based in Park Royal on a temporary to permanent basis. You will be working with one of the leading providers of luxury handmade canapes and sophisticated meal solutions for the Hospitality/Catering industry and Private Events.
We are looking for a Sous Chef with a minimum 6 months experience who has worked within a food production background.
£9.50 ph - £10.00 ph depending on experience.
As a Sous Chef you be working alongside the head chef, to will ensure the smooth running of the section with all dishes leaving the section being of the highest quality and presentation. You must have a passion for developing your skills and knowledge to enable you to progress in the kitchen.
-Experience working in a similar role, high volume and fast paced.
- Passion, with a desire to learn and develop skills
-An excellent team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
-Excellent attention to detail
-Assist Chef's in preparation of all products in a wonderful pastry kitchen
Working hours - 8 hours between 7am to 6pm
Full-time, Temporary to Permanent
£9.50 to £10.00 /hour
