Solsbury Solutions is currently looking for an experienced Sous Chef, to join the team on a permanent basis in Ascot.
Duties will include –
- Reporting to the head chef
- Overseeing the preparation and cooking of food
- Helping in the kitchen when needed
- Provides guidance to junior kitchen staff members, including, but not limited, to line cooking, food preparation, and dish plating.
- Oversees and organises kitchen stock and ingredients
Ideally you will be a driver, as this location has limited transport links.
Salary is up to £30k.
