Solsbury Solutions are delighted to be working with one of the leading suppliers of Laundry Services in Southall.
We are currently recruiting for a Service Executive on behalf of our client.
Duties will involve:
- To develop strong relationships with customer base
- Making regular customer visits
- Manage and deal with customer queries/requests
- Maintain customer records and documents all customer calls made on CSM system
- Update and maintain planned calling system including stock audits and carry out non-scheduled calls, as required, by customer or the business
- Documents all customer calls made on CSM system
- Submit monthly activity/market trend reports in line with business requirements
- Maximise revenue generation by managing contribution of all accounts and chasing outstanding debts
- Visit new customers within agreed timescales
- Visit terminating customers within agreed timescales to ensure that all contractual obligations are understood and adhered to and the appropriate charges submitted.
- Work with other departments to ensure that customer requirements are communicated and dealt with effectively and efficiently
- Adhere to Health and Safety regulations
Experience required:
- Strong customer service background is essential
- Good sales awareness
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good literacy and numeracy skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and to meet strict deadlines
- Reliable and able to work unsupervised with own initiative when both alone and liaising with a team
- Excellent time management and planning skills
Working Hours;
- Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm (but must be flexible)
Salary;
- £20,000 per year
