Solsbury Solutions are currently recruiting for a Sales Account Manager on behalf of our client based in Greenford.
Our client's business is growing at a rapid rate and we love building relationships with the brands and customers that we work with. We are looking for a talented, dynamic, ambitious and competitive Sales Account Manager that has some previous sales experience, to build our customer portfolio.
Monday - Friday
8am - 6pm
£28k - includes a generous commission/bonus structure

Previous CRM experience
Past success in a previous sales role
Track record of smashing monthly targets
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft office
Strong phone presence and outgoing personality
Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
An understanding of retail hospitality operations is an advantage
University degree or equivalent

Responsibilities include:
- Sources new sales opportunities in existing and new wholesale accounts
- Builds relationships with decision makers in accounts and maintains regular contact with them via phone/email and logs contact in CRM
- Constantly seeks opportunities to introduce accounts to additional products and brands from the companies catalogue
- Analyses purchases data to identify opportunities
- Tracks account inactivity and follows up
- Provides feedback to a brand if a customer stops ordering their product
- Creates and executes promotion and sales blitzes to drive incremental revenue
- Fields inbound call/email enquiries about becoming a new customer
- Welcomes new accounts to the business and assists them with placing their first order
- Knows the brand catalogue back to front and able to articulate the key USP about each brand
- Sends out brand samples when requested
- Prospect new customers via cold call/email
- Measure and report weekly achievements to line manager
- Achieve monthly contact quotas and sales targets
