Our client is looking for a Sales Account Manager. Working with a rapidly expanding residential Architectural practice. They come with the rare experience of practical hands-on in construction and a creative and customer orientated ability. They concentrate on residential architecture and turn ordinary houses into contemporary London homes. Their passion is architecture and how houses are built, and they have practical experience of building the houses they design.

Responsible for achieving maximum sales targets and supporting the growth of the business, the right person will truly embody the core values of being humble and helpful.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Drives sales volume via outbound cold calls, lead generation and closing sales.
  • Initiate sales activity via phone, text and email, including but not limited to introduction (cold calls), follow-ups, and demonstration calls, introduction emails, follow-up emails, pre and post demonstration reminder and follow up emails.
  • Engage with multiple customers on a daily basis by reaching out to new clients, and by developing campaigns for maintaining customer loyalty.
  • Consistently achieve outbound prospecting objectives and key performance indicators as defined for the role.
  • Manage multiple accounts, ensuring that a high level of customer retention and satisfaction is maintained
  • Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for prospective clients upon request and with manager approval.
  • Identifies advantages and key differences compared to competitors within various markets.
  • Plan and organise personal sales strategy as well as strategically plan daily/weekly/monthly schedule in order to maximise return on time investment.
  • Participates in trade shows and conventions as required.

  • Some demonstrable sales experience, preferably in a Built environment area.
  • Proficient level at Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Publisher).
  • Excellent group presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively at the executive level.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated career stability.
  • Strong attention to detail, extremely organised.
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to consistently maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time and function in a high stress environment, under substantial time pressure.
  • Must be able to adapt to evolving department/role, able to take on new challenges as they become delegated to your position
  • Business related degree Desired but not essential
  • Real estate or Service background ideal
