Due to recent growth we are currently looking to recruit a Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Eastleigh, Hampshire. We are looking for a highly competent new member of the team who is a confident, organised, success driven with an outgoing, positive personality.
Key responsibilities:
- Multi-sector industry sales and recruitment, both contract and permanent
- Advertising, recruitment, selection and management of staff
- Maintaining your sales pipeline using the company CRM
- Building relationships with external organisations and individuals to increase exposure
- Ensuring compliance including carrying out right to work checks
- Working with the team to ensure best practice
- Meeting recruitment deadlines and targets
Skills & Experience required:
- Experience in recruitment or hospitality is desirable but not essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and sales skills
- Extremely well organised
- Client focused/results driven
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience of CRM programmes
- Experience of online marketing and digital communications desirable
- A team player
Hours of work are 08:00-17:30 Mon-Fri with out of hours cover 1 week in 3.
Basic salary Circa £18,000 - £20,000 depending on experience.
