Solsbury Solutions are delighted to be working alongside one of Hampshire's leading computer services company to recruit for a part time office & accounts administrator. Our client have a exciting, vibrant culture based in Whiteley.
Our client provide everything from traditional IT support, including help desk services and on-site engineers, to modern managed IT services such as Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, remote backup and disaster recovery, virus protection and other IT security services.
Main duties of role;
- Customer & supplier invoicing
- Product ordering
- Use of Xero accounting system (essential)
- Telephone answering
- Database administration
- Handling customer queries
- Diary & task management for directors and key personnel
This is a part time role working 20-25 hours per week. Actual working hours are negotiable. Our client can accommodate school hours.
The successful applicant will be someone who understands the workings of a busy office environment to take on this role. Full support and all necessary training will be provided, but a self-starter who can take initiative and responsibility for tasks without the need to be guided through every task.
Essential the successful candidate has experience working with Xero accounting software.
The role would suit someone who has worked in an accounts environment, although this is not purely an accounts role.
Salary - £12.00 per hour / circa 20-25 hours per week
