Solsbury Solutions are recruiting for a PA - Office Administrator for a client based in West London.

This position is set in a dynamic and demanding environment where no two days are the same. This is a fast paced position dealing with luxury brands and high profile clients.

Based in West London our client provides unique bespoke uniforms, for luxury brands, 5 star hotels, resorts and spas.

The role will involve

  • Aswering the phone
  • Managing office diary
  • Booking travel
  • Reconciling expenses
  • Coordinating with IT support
  • Ensure health and safety procedures are compliant 
  • Deal with insurance and maintenance
  • Organise meetings and issuing minutes
  • Research reports and database projects

Skills required

  • Admin experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong numerical skills
  • Knowledge of Excel to an intermediate level - able to produce charts and graphs
  • Ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines
  • Computer literate in all Microsoft packages 
  • Good speed of typing
  • Fluent in English - written and verbal
  • Good attention to detail

Training will be provided on tailored ERP and CRM systems.


  • Salary 20K per annum
  • 22 days holiday + public holidays (30)
  • Working hours –  9.30 – 18.00
  • Great work environment and kitchen facilities on site
