Solsbury Solutions are recruiting for a PA - Office Administrator for a client based in West London.
This position is set in a dynamic and demanding environment where no two days are the same. This is a fast paced position dealing with luxury brands and high profile clients.
Based in West London our client provides unique bespoke uniforms, for luxury brands, 5 star hotels, resorts and spas.
The role will involve
- Aswering the phone
- Managing office diary
- Booking travel
- Reconciling expenses
- Coordinating with IT support
- Ensure health and safety procedures are compliant
- Deal with insurance and maintenance
- Organise meetings and issuing minutes
- Research reports and database projects
Skills required
- Admin experience
- Good communication skills
- Strong numerical skills
- Knowledge of Excel to an intermediate level - able to produce charts and graphs
- Ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines
- Computer literate in all Microsoft packages
- Good speed of typing
- Fluent in English - written and verbal
- Good attention to detail

- Salary 20K per annum
