This role will involve all aspects of HR Administration and Office Management.
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be;
- The first point of contact for all HR-related queries
- Administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment
- Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation
- Assist in the recruitment process
- Liaise with recruitment agencies
- Set up interviews and issue relevant correspondence
- Manage employee attendance
- Facilities management
- Assist MD with correspondence and all other duties as directed
Skills/Experience;
- Previous experience within HR or Office Management
- Confident communicator
- Advanced IT skills
- Sound administration skills
Hours: 40 per week (Monday to Friday)
