This role will involve all aspects of HR Administration and Office Management.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be;

  • The first point of contact for all HR-related queries
  • Administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment
  • Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation
  • Assist in the recruitment process
  • Liaise with recruitment agencies
  • Set up interviews and issue relevant correspondence
  • Manage employee attendance
  • Facilities management
  • Assist MD with correspondence and all other duties as directed


Skills/Experience;

 

  • Previous experience within HR or Office Management
  • Confident communicator
  • Advanced IT skills
  • Sound administration skills


Hours: 40 per week (Monday to Friday)
