Role Overview
This role is responsible for assisting the growth and maintenance of our clients Digital Marketing both globally and in the UK by working closely with the Digital Manager and key stakeholders to ensure deadline dates throughout the process are met and projects are delivered accordingly. This role is also responsible for planning & executing integrated non-digital communication activities that will support centrally sponsored and highlighted marketing campaigns, as well as improving internal communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Create a quarterly market adoption report, measuring market use of globally produced assets and identifying best and worst performing content.
Managing the UK social media – Facebook and Instagram through working with agency, Digital Marketing Manager, and ecommerce team
Building and maintaining the Brand’s presence across multiple UK social media channels
Managing monthly marketing updates for markets through newsletter
Deliver Event objectives by identifying and delivering effective content.
Working closely with Head of Marketing to plan the calendar year with events and shows.
Working with agencies to ensure the objectives are met for global events and activities are maximised.
Uploading assets to the company website, ensuring content is relevant, up to date and correct.
Ensure images and other relevant assets for new products are completed and updated to Asset Bank
Coordinating webinars and internal communications with internal stakeholders as required
Managing the FAQs and updating process
Assisting with delivery of global content calendar
Managing UK focused influencer engagement, liaising with external agencies as required
Coordinating influencer and competition prize despatch
Managing the customer database on Campaign Monitor
Assisting Digital Manager on agency calls and managing tasks.
Fulfilling ad hoc content, photography, and support requests
Factsheet generation and customer updates with NPD
Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications & Experience
Essential
Strong organisational/coordination skills
Proven strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and coordinate with different departments to bring projects together.
Marketing qualification CIM Level 4 or equivalent experience
Demonstrable ability to undertake research and convert into relevant recommendations.
Understanding of design principles with an eye for detail
Competent user of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
A degree in Marketing is essential for this role.
Desirable
Theoretical and/or practical understanding of marketing campaigns
Experience of working within a digital marketing role
FMCG experience
A degree in Marketing is desirable for this role.
