We are currently recruiting for Chef de Partie for their busy Kitchen located in Acton.
Duties:
- Working in the Hot Kitchen
- Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes within your speciality
- Helping to develop new dishes and menus
- Ensuring you and your team follow the high standards of food hygiene and health and safety
- Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins
- Using a variety of kitchen equipment
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to delegate the tasks
- Confident and organized
- The ability to stay calm under pressure
- Knowledge of Food safety
- Excellent cooking skills
Salary;
- £9.00 per hour
Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
