Working for an enviable contract/event caterer based in the heart of West London’s culinary hub.

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Executive Chef
  • Oversee and work predominantly in the design section.
  • You will responsible for the production of daily food orders within the cold section 
  • Management of 20 Food Production Operatives.

Experience required

  • 2+ years’ experience
  • General Administration
  • PC Skills: Word/Excel
  • Food Allergen /Specification Knowledge

Hours: 45 per week working 5/7 days (7/8am starts)

Location: Park Royal, North West London

Salary: £22,000pa
