Working for an enviable contract/event caterer based in the heart of West London’s culinary hub.
- Reporting to the Executive Chef
- Oversee and work predominantly in the design section.
- You will responsible for the production of daily food orders within the cold section
- Management of 20 Food Production Operatives.
- 2+ years’ experience
- General Administration
- PC Skills: Word/Excel
- Food Allergen /Specification Knowledge
Hours: 45 per week working 5/7 days (7/8am starts)
Location: Park Royal, North West London
