Our client are looking for a book keeper/operations assistant to join the small and friendly team at one of the UK's leading ethical health and beauty suppliers.
Key responsibilities:
*Order and maintain stock level, monthly stocktake updated on sage
*Liaise with suppliers to get best prices and timely deliveries
*Process invoices, raise purchase orders on Sage 50
*Ensure products, prices and promotions are correct
*Credit control, prepare reports for management
*Reconciliation of all bank accounts
*Ad hoc financial duties
* Book keeping to trial balance
Skills and experience
*Solid understanding of book keeping and accounting payable/receivable
(Qualification preferred but not essential)
*Sage Knowledge and Sage forecasting preferred
*Proficient in Excel and MS office
*Good communication skills and attention to detail
*Minimum 3 years experience
