Solsbury Ltd are recruiting for an Assistant Brand Manager (Marketing) for our client based in Chandlers Ford (Hampshire) this is initially a FTC Maternity Cover, however could lead to a permanent role within the company for the right candidate.
The purpose of this role is to support the wider marketing team and work closely with key overseas Growth Markets to develop and support the implementation of a full range of marketing activities. The initial focus of this role will be to support the Digital Marketing Manager to cover maternity leave. This role will require UK and potentially international travel a few times per year.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Activation of strategies/plans in relevant markets
- Development of marketing communications collateral
- Support and guidance on public relations & events
- Working with and briefing 3rd parties
- Working cross-functionally both internally and with markets
Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications & Experience
- Demonstrable experience in ‘Industry’ focussing on implementation of marketing strategies.
- Commercial awareness.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven influencing skills and stakeholder management.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal & written
- Proactive and driven to achieve.
- Strong desire to learn and grow.
- Degree in Marketing or Business Studies grade 2:2 or equivalent experience
- FMCG Marketing Experience
- Understanding of the media landscape
Location Chandlers Ford (Hampshire)
Salary C£35,000 DOE
Full time / office based.
