Solsbury Solutions are delighted to be working with one of the most well-known and reputable companies in the giftware and home décor field to recruit for a permanent Administrative Assistant.

An Administrative Assistant is required with customer service experience to join their busy team based in Southampton.

The ideal candidate will be IT literate with good knowledge of MS Office products, be highly accurate and numerate, and keen to progress.

The main duties of the role will include;
  • Answering telephone and incoming emails
  • Working with small and medium sized businesses to expedite orders/shipments
  • Order processing
  • Arranging deliveries of shipments
  • Liaising with clients and couriers to investigate shipments
  • Use of SAGE software
  • Processing of online sales and purchase orders in an efficient and timely manner 
 
Working hours are Monday-Friday 8.15am - 5.30pm

Salary: £20,000.00 per year

Full training will be provided. Additional duties will be given as progression in the role develops.

It is desirable that you have experience in SAGE software however it is not essential as full training will be provided.
